Our authentication results represent the professional opinion of a trained authenticator, based on the information and photographs supplied and on our authentication methodology. They are not a certification of authenticity issued by a brand, nor a legal determination.

Photographs cannot capture every characteristic of an item. Image quality, lighting, angle and cropping all affect what can be assessed. Where the evidence available is insufficient, we record an inconclusive result or recommend physical inspection rather than overstating certainty.

Every authentication result is reviewed and confirmed by an authorised human authenticator. Automated tooling may assist internal workflow, image handling and quality checks, but does not independently issue authentication results.

We do not claim absolute certainty and make no guarantee that any item is authentic or counterfeit. Our assessments are professional opinions based on available evidence, and should be considered alongside other information available to you.
