Refund Policy

If you cancel before an authenticator has begun reviewing your submission, you may request a full refund.

Once review has begun, fees are generally non-refundable because the professional assessment has been performed. This applies regardless of the outcome, including results recorded as not authentic or inconclusive.

If we are unable to complete an assessment and you are unable to provide the additional photographs requested, we may cancel the request and issue a partial refund at our discretion.

Duplicate charges and processing errors are refunded in full.
