We provide professional authentication assessments of luxury handbags and related accessories based on information and photographs submitted by you. The service is an opinion-based professional assessment, not a guarantee, warranty or certification of authenticity by any brand.

You confirm that the information and photographs you submit are accurate and relate to the item you are asking us to assess. Submitting photographs of an item other than the one in your possession, or altering photographs, may result in an invalid assessment and cancellation without refund.

Photographic assessment has inherent limitations. Where the evidence provided does not support a confident assessment, we may issue an inconclusive result or recommend physical inspection. Fees cover the professional review performed, and apply regardless of the outcome.

Certificates record our assessment on the date of issue and reference the specific item submitted. Certificates may not be altered, transferred to a different item, or represented as brand certification.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the service is limited to the fee paid for the relevant authentication request.
