Account information (name, email address), item information you provide, photographs you upload, and payment status information. We do not store raw payment card details; payments are processed by our payment provider.

Submitted photographs are stored in private, access-controlled storage. Only you and authorised members of our authentication team can access the photographs attached to your request. Photographs are never published on the public verification page.

The public verification page displays only the authentication ID, brand, model, result, service level and issue date. It never displays your name, email address, address, payment information or photographs.

We retain submission records and certificates so that certificates remain verifiable. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting our team.
